Contributor Agreement Form Effective Date: November 1, 2025 Platform Name: Sacred Stock
1. Eligibility
Contributors must be 18 years or older.
All submitted content must be original and owned by the contributor.
Contributors must provide accurate personal and payment details.
2. Content Submission Guidelines
Content must be captured in Christian church settings, including worship services, architecture, religious symbols, events, and community gatherings.
Content that displays liturgical church settings will be preferred, as they align with the purpose of this platform.
All images must reflect respect for the sacred nature of the space and its participants.
You retain full copyright ownership of your work.
3. Model & Property Releases
Required for identifiable individuals, including clergy, worshippers, and choir members.
Required for interior shots of private church property unless the church is publicly accessible and no proprietary elements are featured.
Contributors are responsible for securing and storing signed releases.
4. Content Restrictions
No images that mock, distort, or misrepresent Christian beliefs or practices.
No adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
No copyrighted music lyrics, sermon transcripts, or branded materials without permission.
No images of minors without explicit parental consent.
Images that violate these restrictions will be automatically denied, and the contributor could be banned from posting on the platform.
5. Respect for Worship
Avoid intrusive photography during live services unless permitted.
No flash photography in sacred spaces unless approved by church leadership.
Contributors must follow all local church policies regarding photography.
6. Licensing
By uploading, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to sell, distribute, and promote your content.
You may remove your content at any time, but licenses already sold remain valid.
7. Royalties & Payments
Royalties are paid based on 30% of the sale price of each download of your work.
Payments are issued monthly via PayPal, Stripe, or direct deposit.
Minimum payout threshold: $50
8. Exclusivity (Optional)
Contributors may opt into exclusive status for higher royalties. Terms will be discussed via email at support@sacredstock.com.
Exclusive contributors agree not to sell the same content on other platforms.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the platform against any claims arising from your content, including misuse of religious imagery or unauthorized depictions.
11. Modifications
Terms may be updated periodically. Contributors will be notified of changes.
